This project will need a '401 Water Quality Certificate' and a 'Chapter 91 Waterways License/Permit' among other permits.  When the applicant applies for these permits, they will post on MEPA's website as did the ENF. The notices will be found at the bottom of this page under 'PUBLIC NOTICES'.  We'll monitor this site to determine when these applications are submitted by Tighe & Bond; they too may require public comments.
